Values - IAR

I A R

Description

IARs are introverted high achievers who place high value on rules and authority. When it comes to team orientation, IAR prefer to work apart from everyone else and on their own. This gives them the chance to develop their own ideas and thoughts, and exercise their self-starting nature.

IARs are motivated by high achievement within the workplace. They like to work for advancement such as promotions and get energy from working toward higher status more so than working toward completion of projects simply for the sake of solving problems or generating new knowledge.

IARs gravitate toward rules, structure, and convention. Because of this, they do not do as well in environments with little order and will create their own rules and processes, if needed. They also tend not to take as many risks as those who value traditional ways of doing things more so than they do.
