Description

IAFs are introverted, high achievers, who value freedom and creativity in their approach to work. IAFs are more likely to thrive on their own than in group settings, as they prefer to develop their ideas and solutions on their own. IAFs enjoy taking ownership for their work and having the space to carve out their own ideas apart from those they work around.

IAFs are more likely to define success by their position and power over others than by the products or ideas they produce. IAFs value the satisfaction that comes from climbing the corporate ladder. Because of their more introverted nature, however, they are more likely to be viewed as the strong, silent leader than as the highly visible leader who can usually be found surrounded by others.

IAFs may respect authority and ranking but place more value on making their own rules and taking risks than by following what everyone does. They are often visionaries who achieve their success and high ranking by creating new ways to solve important problems which may go against social convention or the advice of others along their career path.
