Description

GCFs tend to be extroverted explorers who love to work with few to no boundaries. As a GCF, you gravitate toward group settings over working independently so that you can be social while working and get feedback and motivating energy from those around you. While you would rather not work alone, you would prefer to work in a group environment where you could consult and collaborate with others.

You’re driven more by the challenge of discovering something new, solving a problem, or getting to flex your creative muscles than by outdoing your colleagues and gaining more power and status. In the end, your product and the journey you experienced matters more to you than a fancy title or a promotion even though that it may make it harder for you to achieve both power and status that may allow your work to have more impact on the world.
