Description

Overall, GARs are generally group-oriented, high achievers who value order, structure, and rules. When it comes to orientation to others, GARs prefer group settings over working on their own. They enjoy being social with co workers and working in tandem with others toward common goals. They like feeling like their work and place within the company or organization is a part of a larger picture or family.

GARs are ambitious “go-getters” who are motivated to succeed! They value status, power, and climbing the ranks of the ladder more than the satisfaction that comes from producing great work or solving problems.

While, ambitious and high achieving, GARs reach their goals by following existing rules and respecting authority.
