D F O

Description

DFOs are dominant personality types who are good at observing and taking into account new information as they work toward goals, and place high emphasis on the bottom for results. They tend to be more dominant and competitive rather than the cooperative, team-player types.

DFOs prefer to work toward tangible, financial-based results. They seek out facts and figures that can help them achieve the bottom line. Valuable experiences are less meaningful to DFCs than are strong returns on their work and monetary investments.

Although DFOs are dominant personality types, when it comes to execution of plans they are flexible than controlling and rigid. They are open to learning new information and changing their strategies along the way, if needed.
