Behaviors - ISF

I S F

Description

ISFs are introverted types who get information based on concrete data and make decisions based on values like harmony, consideration, and compassion for themselves and others. As introverts, ISFs tend to draw their energy from reflecting on their inner experience and also seek to work with small group or in complete privacy.

ISFs make sense of the world around them through what they can observe and prove with facts more so than abstract concepts. They do not do as well with things like metaphors and imaginary concepts. They tend to stay focused on the present moment and pick up on details to help process information.

Although ISFs can be very pragmatic when it comes to how they make sense of the world, when it comes to making decisions they place more value on how they feel their decisions will affect themselves and those around them than on logical analysis of the outcome of their decisions. This is because ISFs tend to be very empathetic and accommodating compared to other types.
