I I T

Description

IITs are introverted types who prefer to view the world through abstract concepts and patterns but who ultimately make decisions based on logic and reason. As introverts, IITs may do fine in group settings but they primarily draw their energy for their work from one-on-one time with coworkers or from alone time. They feel more energized after they’ve had a chance to reflect on their inner experience and tend to be seen by others as deep thinkers.

IITs tend to view the world on an intuitive level. They like thinking about abstract concepts and imagining events. They can inspire others because of their preference for thinking about the future more so than the preference. They may talk more about theories and concepts more than about facts and specifics.

When it comes to making decisions, although IITs may prefer to think in more imaginary or abstract terms they will ultimately base their decisions on looking critically at the facts at hand. They may weigh the pros and cons of outcomes or reflect on what they have observed works well or not so well.
