Behaviors - EIT

E I T

Description

EITs are extroverted types who see the world through patterns and abstract concepts and make decisions based on logic and reason. The EIT type gets their energy from socializing with others. In the workplace, they like to bounce ideas off of their coworkers, show curiosity about those around them, and put a lot of energy into networking.

EITs understand the world and process information in abstract rather than realistic ways. They are drawn to patterns, metaphors, and mystery more so than their opposite realistic types. They enjoy reading between the lines and filling in gaps with theories. They have a tendency to imagine the future more than observing the present around them.

The EIT type approaches the process of making decisions with skepticism and analytical questioning. They prefer a logical weighing of pros and cons over consideration for people involved in decision-making when making a final call.
