Job description

We are looking for a creative business development manager to help grow the business from the ground up. Although this role is primarily geared towards business development/sales, there will be additional opportunities for collaboration in this high paced growth stage at Talsona. The ideal candidate will have a history with building relationships and developing business in a creative way. Strong prospecting skills and ability to open doors by leveraging pre-existing network and/or unique approach style very attractive. Experience in the human resources and/or recruiting space a huge plus. Experience working at an early stage startup an additional plus.
